The short version.
How will the seven-day trial work?
At launch, your trial will begin when your first real app integration sends an accepted event, rather than at signup. You will be able to monitor up to three apps, test case creation, and confirm email delivery. No credit card will be required. The current early-access pilot does not yet have a trial countdown.
What happens after the trial?
Under the planned launch offer, subscribe for $29 USD/month to keep monitoring up to three apps. If you do not subscribe, new monitoring and alerts will pause. Existing results will remain readable for the published retention period. Subscribing will resume monitoring without reinstalling. You will not be charged automatically when a no-card trial ends.
What do I need to install?
Add a browser snippet for browser events, or the server helper for backend workflows. Wrap the work you want to track and include delivery in that work. Payments and estimated costs need explicit reporting from your app.
Do I need my own monitoring database or cron jobs?
No. Little Heads Up hosts signal storage, deadline checks, optional availability checks, and case history. You use your existing app and backend to report events.
How do I know the installation works?
Installation checks show browser and server receipt separately, plus case creation and reported workflow completion. A built-in setup test checks the case pipeline; events from your app establish that its integration is reporting. Test the workflows you intend to rely on.
Do I need to set up Resend for every app?
You don’t need a separate sending service for each app. Little Heads Up sends eligible case alerts to your verified account email. Manage your email preference and review delivery status in Settings. Slack delivery is not available.
Does this connect directly to Stripe, Supabase, or my AI provider?
The pilot collects events from your app through the browser collector and server helper. It does not import events directly from provider accounts. Keep your existing services and report the events you want to monitor.
Does a healthy website mean my jobs are working?
No. Availability checks observe your public HTTPS home page. Tracking a payment, form, or job requires events from that workflow. Coverage depends on what you connect and report.
Can monitoring prevent losses or catch every failure?
No. Little Heads Up reports signals from the workflows you connect. Events and alerts can be delayed or missed, and spending figures depend on the estimates your app reports. Keep backups and your own incident-response process. The service does not stop spending, repair apps, refund payments, or guarantee that every failure will be detected.
What data does Little Heads Up need?
Send event labels, opaque customer references, timing, and any payment or cost amounts needed for the case. The helpers do not collect raw prompts, full AI outputs, form values, or request bodies. Do not put secrets or sensitive personal information in labels or notes. We do not sell monitoring data, build advertising audiences from it, or use it to train AI models.
